What You Need To Know!

Attention Advertisers:

All advertising, for the 2025-2026 guild year will be required to be paid in full and in advance. If full payment has not been received by the submission deadline, your advertisement will not be included in the newsletter. Advertisers who change their advert with each edition will still be permitted to do so, as long as the copy for the advert reaches the editor by the submission deadline.

Payment:

Payment is due prior to publication. Advertisers will be invoiced by the WCQG Treasurer. Payment can be made at the WCQG Online Store or cheques can be mailed to the guild address.

Submissions:

We do not provide artwork or design services. Your advertisement must be one of the following:

  • Camera Ready JPEG or BMP File

  • Text File Plus Logo or other graphic as a JPEG or BMP File

    OR

  • Hard copy of your text - we can scan your logo BUT the quality of the image cannot be guaranteed.

Submissions are to be sent to the newsletter editor and advertising coordinator prior to the deadline, who can be contacted via the guild’s email address.
