Frances will discuss techniques and tips that will help you to simplify your choices and allow you to finish your scrap quilts quickly and easily.

Frances Arnold is a CPA by profession but, more importantly, a quilter for 39 years. She is descended from a long line of quilters and loves all aspects of the art, from hand applique to free motion machine quilting. She has won many ribbons in guild and regional shows and has had five quilts displayed at the International Quilt Festival in Houston, one quilt at QuiltCon and one at American Quilt Society show in Paducah.
